CRM emerging as most sought after solution in real estate industry

Most of the real estate industry players looking for a CRM solution are planning to replace their existing product while over half of the clients are still using just the basic processes such as spreadsheets for managing their contacts and business, stated 2014 Real Estate CRM SoftwareBuyerView report, released by real estate CRM reviewer Software Advice, which had analyzed the CRM buyer trends in this report.


The survey, that analyzed the CRM purchasing trends, comprised of the real estate brokers, agents and also property developers. The report also stated that CRM has successfully started to catch the attention of smaller buyers or small and medium enterprises apart from the bigger players as well. They are able to understand that these available options are not just affordable in nature but also high quality at the same time.

In fact, many SMEs after research found that CRM software is the best solution because of its easy to installation procedure and also non requirement of heavy IT resources for maintaining it on site.

It can be noticed that realty players are more involved in the buying of CRM solutions as compared to their counterparts from other industry verticals. Also, the survey threw light on the point that majority of the companies in realty industry are keen to bring improvement in their efficiency, productivity levels of sales rep, drive ROIs. This is one of the reasons why CRM solution has become a necessity for the realty industry.   
Most of the real estate companies are dealing high number of customers on regular basis and most of them were scared of losing track of customer pipeline status and also letting go of prospective deals in the absence of a CRM solution. Many had voted for other essential features such as tracking of leads, email integration, intelligent marketing capabilities, easy web integration apart from measuring ROI of sales reps.
Now, that it has been proven that the real estate industry needs CRM solution more than any other industry, so it is time for tossing out the age old system of scheduling meetings and setting target dates on Post-It Notes. Study proves that agents/brokers who still keep tab of sales, interactions and other relevant details using excel sheets are missing out on prospective business opportunities.
